Lcpl. Matthew Nunnally and Lcpl. Jake Nunnally are currently deployed with the United States Marine Corps in Afghanistan about 100 miles from each other. They are the sons of Compatriot Jerry Nunnally, and his wife Sonja. There are approximatly 45 men in Matthew's unit of the 1/5 Bravo Co, and approximately 30 in Jake's Sniper unit. These men are 'brothers' and share almost everything that comes their way in a package. Many men do not recieve packages from home at all. The communication with Matthew & Jake has been little to none, but they have expressed an appreciation for care packages from home for the men in their respective units. Below is a list of suggested items. Matthew and Jake will dispurse everything they receive amongst their 'brothers'. With flat rate boxes that you can get from the USPS for free and ship for less than $12.00, it's a small price to pay to show these men our gratitude for their dedication and service!
